Shri Sant Gajanan Maharaj College of Engineering, Shegaon, through the Department of Business Administration and Research, organizes Parishkriti, an academic and management event designed to provide students with a platform to demonstrate their knowledge, skills, and analytical abilities. The word Parishkriti means “the process of refinement or perfection,” representing the continuous development of students through learning, competition, and practical exposure. The event is organized under the guidance of Faculty Adviser Mr. Mayur Dande, whose support and mentorship help ensure the smooth execution and academic value of the event.
Parishkriti includes a set of academic and skill-oriented competitions that focus on business knowledge, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
The event consists of activities such as
MS Excel
Stock Market Simulation,
Universal Human Values (UHV),
Paper Presentation,
Case-Based Learning (CBL),
Business Quiz,
and Case Mania.
These events are structured to encourage students to apply theoretical concepts to practical situations while improving their problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Over time, Parishkriti has become an important academic initiative of the department, aimed at encouraging participation, knowledge sharing, and professional development among students.
